MELROSE — Mayor Robert J. Dolan will deliver his annual budget address to a joint meeting of the Board of Aldermen and the School Committee on Monday, May 11, at 7:30 p.m. in the Aldermanic Chamber, City Hall.
The public is invited to attend.
