SHELTER DEVELOPMENT, LLC, recently filed a new application to build a scaled-down assisted living facility behind the Wakefield Co-operative Bank. The group originally proposed a larger project, which included a parking garage; the garage was rejected by residents at the polls and at Town Meeting.
