AN ice cream social was held last night at the Hartshorne House, drawing young and old alike. Toppings like hot fudge, whipped cream and crushed Oreo cookies were in abundant supply. Proceeds will be used for upkeep expenses of Wakefield’s historic house. (Colleen Riley Photo)
