Spencer Jr.; Peter Spencer and his wife Patty; Amy Beth Blades and her husband Thomas Sr.; and John T. Spencer, all of Melrose. Caring sister of Joseph A. Sullivan and Betty Vanasse. Cherished grandmother of Paul J. III, Sean and Adam Spencer; Timothy and Grace Spencer; Thomas Blades, Jr. and his wife Emily; Joseph P. Blades; Ashley Blades-Barreto and her husband Cesar; Allyson Farrell and her husband Jim; Molly Spencer; Katie Lindley-Belois and her husband Peter; and Ryan Lindley and his wife Brooke Larson. Great grandmother of Amira Marie; Alina Beth and Quentin Thomas Barreto; Addison; Jackson; Ava and Ivy. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held at the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St. Melrose on Wednesday, August 30 from 4 to 7 p.m. Procession from the Gately Funeral Home, Melrose on Thursday, August 31 at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Church, 4 Herbert St., Melrose at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends were respectively invited to attend.
