JAYSEN SHIEH, a 5th grader at Lynnfield Middle School, was honored recently by New England Swimming. Shieh is seeded 9th in the 50-meter freestyle under 10, with a time of 29.65 which he got when he was 9-years old. Shieh, who competes for Boston YMCA Bluefins, was awarded his certificate by two-time USA Olympian Lia Neal (pictured).
