MELROSE—The Melrose Running Club is once again presenting its annual cross-country race at the Mount Hood Golf Club, on Dec. 9, starting at 12:00 noon. “The Mount Hood Nutcracker Challenge” runs 3.5 miles over the fairways, along with some cart path sections. There is also a 2-mile walk option, starting at the same time.
