Staying fit and limber

THE POPULARITY of the many exercise programs offered by the town’s Senior Center has a flip side: tight quarters in the nearly 200-year-old Third Meeting House, which prompts some seniors to stop attending classes. Currently, seniors participate in Zumba, chair yoga, Exercise with Emma, karate, Fit & Trim exercise, no fall volleyball and even Wii bowling.
