Veterans Memorial Paver sale continues

LYNNFIELD — The town of Lynnfield continues to accept applications for its Walk of Remembrance at the new Veterans Memorial on South Common Street.

For only $250, people can purchase a paver and have it inscribed with a message of their choosing. Anyone can purchase a paver. Inscriptions can include their name, and people can also pay tribute to a service member, past or present, a non-veteran or include any message chosen by the donor.

The town reserves the right to reject any inscription it deems unsuitable. The placement of pavers will be determined by the town of Lynnfield, and pavers will be placed as scheduled by the town of Lynnfield.

To purchase a paver, residents can click on the link on the town of Lynnfield website, https://www.lynnfieldma.gov. People can go to Departments, go to Veterans Services and click on Purchase a Veterans Memorial Paver. People need to fill in the information required, which includes up to three lines of type, with a maximum of 15 characters per line.

“All proceeds will be used to maintain the Memorial in the future,” said Veterans Services Officer Bruce Siegel. “Thank you for your support.”
