MELROSE — Energy Center Alignment has opened in downtown Melrose.
Owner Lorie Callahan, a Melrose resident, has two sons who attend the Winthrop School.
She writes, “After giving birth, I experienced some health issues. After seven years of immobility, and five years of being on pain medication, I began trying Holistic Healing and while using both Western Medicine in conjunction with Eastern Medicine, I got my life back.
“Sound Healing helps on a physical level, mental level, as well as an emotional level. One of my clients had a stroke, which has resulted in numbness throughout their body, and they have told me that after a session, they have noticed a difference.
Another client deals with tension from stress and anxiety, and a session will quiet the mind, giving them peace and full body relaxation.
“What I offer is a full 60 minute experience, I spend the first 30 minutes playing various relaxing instruments to help quiet the mind, and get you into a state of deep relaxation, then I use the Tibetan as well as the Crystal Sound Bowls that penetrate deep in the cells for healing.”
Lorie said she offers these services:
“Every Wednesday is Restorative Yoga Night.
“People can book a Reiki Session, or a combination Reiki and Sound Bath.
“And for Sound Healing, I offer group sessions, personalized one on one, bring a friend Sound Bath for two people, and corporate team building events.
