NORTH READING — A special invitation is being extended to the town’s veterans to attend Veterans Movie Night tonight, Thursday, July 31, from 5-8 p.m. at the Edith O’Leary Senior Center, 157 Park St.
The movie featured is “To Hell and Back” starring Audie Murphy (1955).
During the event, the town’s outgoing Director of Veteran Services, TJ Tedeschi, will also introduce interim Veterans Services Officer Joe LeBlanc. Seating is limited to the first 60 veterans. LeBlanc serves the town of North Andover’s veterans and will be assisting North Reading’s veterans during the search process for Tedeschi’s successor whose last day is August 5.
