NORTH READING — The applicant who is proposing to construct a Chapter 40B housing development at 20 Elm Street has requested to further continue the public hearing scheduled for Thursday, August 7, to a later date.
The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 6 p.m. at the North Reading High School Performing Arts Center, 189 Park St., for the purpose of determining a new date for the continued hearing. No presentation will be given, and a new date will be publicized after August 7.
The applicant has indicated a revised plan will be filed. As discussed at the ZBA’s prior hearing on June 26, the applicant has agreed to extend the 180-day hearing time period by the number of days that lapse until this revised plan is submitted to the board.
