NORTH READING — The next Zoning Board of Appeals public hearing on the proposal to construct a 200-unit housing development at 20 Elm Street under the state’s Ch. 40B comprehensive permit process will be held on Thursday, September 11 at 6 p.m. in the Distance Learning Lab at NRHS, 189 Park St.
The only action taken by the ZBA at last Thursday’s continued public hearing was to select the new date as the applicant had requested in advance that the meeting be continued. No presentation was given
The applicant previously stated that a revised plan would be filed. As discussed at the ZBA’s prior hearing on June 26, the applicant has agreed to extend the 180-day hearing time period by the number of days that lapse until this revised plan is submitted to the board.
