EVERGREEN, Colorado — Patricia Richardson of Evergreen, Colorado, formerly of North Reading, Mass., passed away on July 24, 2025 at the age of 86.
Born in Somerville, Mass. on March 29, 1939, in her early childhood her family moved into a new home on Charles Street in Reading, Mass.
Pat married William G. Richardson, who predeceased her, and they raised their four children in North Reading, Mass. Pat’s only sibling, her brother Kenneth Mullen, also predeceased her.
She is survived by her daughters, Rhonda Ingram and Robyn Vandala and her sons, William G. Richardson III and Robert Richardson as well as many grandchildren and their spouses, great-grandchildren, sister- and brother-in-laws, and nieces and nephews.
Pat had so many special friends. We were all so lucky to enjoy her cooking and baking.
Pat loved the outdoors and she was always walking, biking, doing yard work or enjoying road trips. She was the one to paint her house and deck when it needed a fresh coat of paint. Pat also enjoyed bowling, golf and softball. She had a special place in her heart for Golden Retrievers and they were always included in her life.
At 75, Pat moved to Evergreen, Colorado to live with her daughter Rhonda. She visited Colorado so much through the years and she was her happiest there.
A celebration of life in Pat’s honor will be held at a later date.
Donations in Pat’s memory may be made to Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue, a 501(c)(3) organization which provides veterinary care and permanent new homes for Golden Retrievers throughout New England [https://ygrr.app.neoncrm.com/forms/donate-in-honorin-memory] or to an animal rescue organization near to your heart.
