NORTH READING — The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is holding a public hearing on the Chapter 40B comprehensive permit application for a 200-unit apartment complex at 20 Elm St. tonight, Thursday, September 11, at 6 p.m. in the Distance Learning Lab at North Reading High School.
The applicant has submitted additional information and plans about the project since the June 26 public hearing, including a traffic study update, civil plans, architectural plans and a drainage report, all of which are available for download from the town website at https://www.northreadingma.gov/community-planning/pages/20-elm-street-40b-proposal
There is also a file of correspondence on the website.
The ZBA advises that since these files are fairly large to allow time for them to load.
