MELROSE — MMTV and Mayor Jen Grigoraitis are pleased to launch the third season of The Melrose Minute this summer, a weekly talk show on local access television that shares the news residents can use straight from Mayor Jen. New episodes of The Melrose Minute air on Friday afternoons and are shown regularly on television and on-demand at MMTV.org and the MMTV mobile application.
In recent weeks, former Mayors Paul Brodeur, Gail Infurna, Rob Dolan and Dick Lyons have joined Mayor Jen to discuss the City’s override referendum scheduled to coincide with the November 4 local elections. All four former mayors shared their unique perspective on City finances and revenues and talked about the important role played by overrides in raising revenue for important City services, facilities and programs like public schools, road repairs and library, senior and recreation programs.
MMTV is available on Channels 3, 15 and 22 for Comcast cable subscribers and Channels 37, 38 and 39 for Verizon. The MMTV mobile applications for Android and iOS are available on most mobile app stores.
