NORTH READING — It’s now officially autumn — the season of fairs and celebrations of harvests, and of course, Oktoberfest!
The North Reading Masons invites the public to its annual Oktoberfest celebration on Saturday, October 4.
The event will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Masonic Lodge, 283 Park St. It will feature a pig roast, lamb roast, beef ribs, sausages and homemade beer — living up to its motto: “So Meat It Be!”
All of the proceeds raised will be allocated to the North Reading Lodge. Tickets are $35 per person prior to the event and $40 at the door. Seniors over 70 years are $25 and children under 10 are free.
