MELROSE — The Gately Funeral Home will again be doing its part to raise money for the Melrose Veterans Relief Fund. You’ll have a fun and tasty time helping staff reach their goal of $5,000 in donations in the process.
On Monday, November 4 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., join the Gatelys as they sponsor an event at Giacomo’s Restaurant at 454 Main St. The Gately team will volunteer as bus staff and bartenders in the spirit of service. When you buy dinner, there will be tip jars on all table where you can make your meal count.
Giacomo’s is owned by Melrose residents Richard Talieri and Joe Dinarello.
All tips received will go toward the Melrose Veterans Relief Fund. The Gately Funeral Home will make a matching donation of up to $2,500.
