NORTH READING — On October 23, the Zoning Board of Appeals continued the public hearing regarding the 20 Elm Street Chapter 40B housing development to Wednesday, Nov. 19 at 6 p.m. in the Distance Learning Lab at North Reading High School, 189 Park St.
The ZBA anticipates discussing the site’s civil engineering and stormwater plans, including a discussion of a peer review (independent third party review) currently being performed. The peer review engineer, GM2, is expected to attend as well
