SELECTMEN CHAIRMAN Dave Nelson (at left) reads a proclamation issued by his board to honor Lt. Charles Leach, USMC (2nd from left), following his recently completed tour of duty with the Marines during Veterans' Day services November 11. A proclamation was also presented to Airman Kathryn Kimball, USAF (seated, holding infant son John H. Kimball IV), for her recently completed tour of duty.
