Members of the Lynnfield High cross country program are currently having captain’s practices at the high school every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30 a.m. Runners will typically run 2-4 miles a day.
Captain’s practices are open to all as cross country is a no-cut sport. The Pioneers are coming off their best season in years.
