It took eight crazy innings, but the Dodgers defeated the Pirates to win the Minors Championship. The Dodgers scored two runs in the bottom of the 1st to take a 2-0 lead and watched as the Pirates slowly chipped away, tying it with one out in the top of the 6th inning. But in the bottom of the 8th, Will Sampson singled home Jacob Rasner, sending the Dodgers home champs.

The Dodgers were led by the pitching of Max Hoag, Dylan Smith, and Ben Borgal. Ryan Arens contributed with the glove as well as the bat, and it was brothers Jacob and Adam Rasner and Finn and Will Sampson who strung together the winning rally. The Pirates were led by the brilliant all around play of Colin Migliorelli, Luke Mestjian, and Max Stratford. The Pirates 6th inning rally was started by Ian Lasofsky, and they were helped by Finian Reilly, Emry Vanderhoof, and Conley Clapp among others.
