Anthem Ride to affect weekend traffic

WAKEFIELD — On Saturday, Oct. 18, a charity motorcycle ride will impact traffic as it passes through Wakefield. 

The Todd Angilly Anthem Ride, which benefits the Navy SEAL Foundation, the Professional Fire Fighters of Massachusetts Foundation, the Thomas E. Smith Foundation and the Bourque Family Foundation, will be in Wakefield from approximately 11:15 to 11:45 a.m. Todd Angilly, the organizer of the event is known for his National Anthem performances at TD Garden sporting events.

 Participants will enter Wakefield from Lynnfield on Salem Street, continue to Lowell Street, take a left on Main Street and continue into Melrose. The ride will impact traffic, so people should keep this in mind as they plan their commute.
