Police are reporting that bones have been found behind a shed on a Lakeshore Drive property.
The home had recently been sold. It was once a sober house, police said.
Local authorities are in something of a holding pattern at the moment as experts first determine whether the bones are human. Then the scene must be sifted through to gather as many of the remains as possible.
The State Police and Medical Examiner’s Office are involved as well.
