Lynnfield defeats North Reading 159-155 (Sept. 4)
Lynnfield defeats Triton 174-153 (Sept. 2)

 

 

THE LHS golf team began their season with victories over Essex Tech and Pentucket last week. Lynnfield took on Triton Tuesday after press time and travels to Hillview in North Reading on Thursday to meet the Hornets.

Pickleball instruction coming to town this fall

LYNNFIELD — Lynnfield Recreation will be offering Adult Beginner Pickleball lessons for residents age 18 and older this fall.

The lessons will take place at Lynnfield Middle School’s tennis courts on Thursdays from Sept. 11 through Oct. 9 from 5-6 p.m.

LYNNFIELD — The fall sports season is underway with preseason practices and scrimmages continuing this week.

The first regular season action of the fall started on Tuesday with the golf team traveling to Essex Tech.

The majority of the remaining fall teams will start their regular seasons next week.
