Girls’ basketball team celebrates strong season

LYNNFIELD — Three members of the Lynnfield High girls’ basketball team were recently named to the Cape Ann League All-Star team that as selected by the league coaches at their end-of-season meeting.

Two Pioneers made the CAL First-Team All-Stars while one other was named to the Second-Team.

LYNNFIELD — The Cape Ann League’s boys’ basketball coaches met recently to select their All-Star teams. The CAL combines both divisions (Kinney and Baker) and has a First-Team and Second-Team All-Star roster.

LYNNFIELD — Seven members of the Lynnfield-North Reading High co-op wrestling team were named to the Cape Ann League All-Star team this season: Nathan Barstow (113 pounds), Jason Kouyoumdjian (LHS, 120), Jakob Hulett (126), Caleb DeSouza (144), Luke Molla (150), Griffin McCarthy (LHS, 157) and Zack Morse (215).
