On Saturday, April 29 the Melrose Little League celebrated its inaugural season with an Opening Day parade and celebration. Over 500 players, coaches and volunteers marched from Memorial Hall to Lewis Monk Field for the ceremony. This is the first year that Churchill American & Melrose National Little League have merge together as the new Melrose Little League.
