MELROSE — On Monday evening, the Melrose Americans baseball team fell at home, 9-2, to the Lexington Blue Sox at Morelli Field. With that defeat, the Americans record fell to 15-10-1 while the Blue Sox, who are in first place in the Intercity League, improved to 21-5-1.
