Giving back

THE UNION Congregational Church partnered with Gina’s Giving Back in Peabody to make Thanksgiving meals for those in need.  On the Sunday before Thanksgiving, a group of volunteers at the church cooked dozens of pounds of potatoes as well as stuffing, cookies, and muffins to contribute to the meals. Over 20,000 meals were requested from

THE LYNNFIELD High boys’ soccer team’s terrific run through the Div. 4 state tournament ended with a heartbreaking 3-2 loss to top-seeded Cohasset on Saturday in the State Championship at Curry College. Lynnfield got goals from seniors Joel Anthony and Dillon Reilly. Lynnfield’s final overall record was 16-4-3. A full story will appear in next
