Celebrating Oktoberfest

MELROSE — More than 700 people joined Melrose’s first Oktoberfest on Sunday, October 1 at the Beebe Estate. Families, friends and neighbors celebrated during a spectacular day with Idle Hands Craft Ales and food from LaQchara, Kindred Crepes and Sim’s BBQ. Local bands: The HoneyBees and Timko provided live music while Friends of the Fells shared information about ongoing programs and their upcoming 30th anniversary.
