WAKEFIELD — Emmanuel Episcopal Church will hold a Bowling Party fundraiser on Wednesday, August 13, from 6:30-8:30 p.m., at the iconic Wakefield Bowladrome, located at 92 Water St., Wakefield. Come and bring the kids and have a great time relaxing in this wonderful air conditioned venue that has been featured in films such as “The Holdovers” and “The Tender Bar.”
The cost of tickets is $20 per adult/$10 per child and includes bowling shoes, snacks, and other refreshments. Raffles will include a lottery tree and other fun prizes. Tickets must be reserved by contacting fundraising@emmanuelwakefield.org.
All proceeds will support Emmanuel’s programs, including other local area organizations such as Horizon House, Bread of Life and Ruth’s Way, who address food insecurity, recovery, and mental health issues.
Emmanuel Episcopal Church is a welcoming and diverse faith community located at the corner of Main and Bryant streets.
