MELROSE — Lorraine Rose (Boyle) O’Neill, 86, a longtime resident of Melrose and Hampton Beach, N.H., passed away peacefully, surrounded by love, on Sunday, June 28, after an extended illness at the Oosterman Rest Home in Melrose.
