LYNNFIELD — The Planning Board is looking to hire a town planner in fiscal year 2019.
Planning Board Chairman Brian Charville unveiled the proposal to hire a town planner during Monday’s Board of Selectmen meeting. He said hiring a town planner would cost $65,000, and would be included in the Planning Department’s FY’19 budget.
Charville noted retired Planning and Land Use Assistant Kathy Randele’s salary ranged between $38,000 and $48,952 between FY’12 and FY’18. Charville said local resident Susan Lambe has been assisting the Planning Board on a part-time basis.
