LYNNFIELD — St. Paul’s Episcopal Church will be holding an electronics recycling event on Saturday, Sept. 27, taking place from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. in the church’s parking lot.
Green Day Recycling will be collecting a variety of different electronic items.
Computer towers, laptops, DVD players, VCRs, small printers, stereos, radios, alarm clocks, speakers, video game consoles, table lamps, fans, hair dryers, curling irons, projectors, paper shredders, power tools, drills, cameras, clocks, trophies, frying pans, holiday lights and other small items cost $5 each to donate.
Small household appliances, vacuum cleaners, roomba, toaster ovens, ceiling fans, floor lamps, air fryers, electric grills, hot plates, small radiators, keyboard pianos, coffee makers, ice makers, small garbage disposals, sewing machines and car seats cost $10 each to donate.
The cost to donate flat screen computer monitors, microwaves, dehumidifiers, air conditioners, water coolers, large printers/copiers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, heat lamps, artificial Christmas trees, fire extinguishers and empty propane tanks is $20 each.
TVs up to 26 inches, CRT monitors, outdoor grills and dorm-sized refrigerators cost $25 each to donate.
The cost to donate TVs that are between 26 and 35 inches, white goods, washing machines, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, large appliances, large yard equipment, treadmills, exercise equipment, snow blowers, lawn mowers, rototillers, large generators, motors and water tanks is $30 each.
TVs that are over 36 inches, large refrigerators and rider-on lawnmowers cost $35 each. Projection TVs cost $40 each to donate.
While bicycles, cellphones, tablets, video game media, accessories, wires, cables, batteries, chargers, VHS/DVDs are all free to donate, cash donations would be appreciated.
Cash is preferred, but Venmo and checks can be used as payment if the donations are over $30.
