LYNNFIELD — There will be a Christmas tree pick up and disposal fundraiser once again to help support the Lynnfield High School/Wakefield Memorial High School swim and dive team.
Lynnfield residents will once again have the opportunity to have the Pioneers pick up and dispose of their Christmas tree on Saturday, Jan. 6 and Saturday, Jan. 13. The fundraiser does not apply to Wakefield.
If interested, people can simply send an email with their name, address, phone number and preferred pick up date to lhsxmastreefundraiser@gmail.com. The cost is $30 per tree. People can send in checks payable to the LHS Swim Team at LHS/WHS Swim Team, 5 Pocahontas Way, Lynnfield, MA 01940. The fundraiser’s organizers are also accepting Venmo payments @Laurie-Woods-17.
Payment must be received no later than Jan. 2, 2024.
Townspeople should leave the tree curbside by 8 a.m. on the day of pickup.
