Love and laughter were her guiding forces
MELROSE — It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of Mary Lou LeFave. She was the daughter of Mary Louise (Muese) McKenna of Stoneham. Mary Lou was a 1949 graduate of Stoneham High School. After high school she worked for State Street Trust in Boston.
She married Albert J. LeFave in 1954. Together they raised nine children Robert, Denise, Joanne, Ronald, Bryant, Richard (d), Martin, Albert and Marcia. Love and laughter were her guiding forces. Her beautiful spirit and infectious laugh will live on in our hearts and memories.
Mary Lou was predeceased by her loving husband Albert; her son Richard; her mother Mary; and her two brothers Charles and Robert. She is survived by her eight children, 18 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, her sister Bernadette Conley and numerous nieces and nephews.
There was a celebration of life memorial service at Stockbridge Funeral Home, 141 Epping Rd., Exeter, NH 03833 on Thursday, July 24 from 4 to 7 p.m. With the service broadcasted via Zoom at 6:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family kindly requested donations to Hospice. Visit Stockbridgefh.com.
