MELROSE — The Melrose Affordable Initiative is hosting its second Halloween Costume Swap on Saturday, September 27 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the front lawn of the First Baptist Church, 561 Main St.
You can drop off new or gently-used kids’ costumes at 10 a.m., an hour before the swap begins.
