MELROSE — Get ready to treasure hunt across town! The annual Melrose City-Wide Yard Sale returns on Saturday, June 14 featuring 35+ yard sales spread throughout Melrose. A map of yard sale locations is available at lendandmend.com/events, making it easy for shoppers to plan their routes and discover hidden gems. Printed maps will also be available on Saturday at the Milano Center, 201 W Foster St.
More than just a shopping event, the City-Wide Yard Sale is a chance to explore Melrose and connect with neighbors old and new. Buying and selling secondhand keeps useful goods in circulation, reduces waste and promotes a more sustainable community.
The event is sponsored by Lend and Mend and Zero Waste Melrose, two local groups dedicated to helping Melrose residents live more sustainably. Proceeds from the yard sale support community programs including free swap days, a repair café and other outreach efforts that encourage reuse, repair and waste reduction.
Whether you’re hunting for vintage treasures, household essentials, toys, books or just curious what’s out there, the City-Wide Yard Sale offers something for everyone and a fun way to spend the day in Melrose. For questions or more information, email lendandmend@gmail.com.
