MELROSE — The Melrose School Committee is convening monthly office hours for parents, students and members of the community to informally meet and share insights with Committee Members.
These drop-in office hours will be open to the public, within the context of the Committee’s outreach function and are intended to be general feedback sessions, not confidential meetings. At least two Members will attend each session. Office hours are being offered on both weekend morning and weekday evenings in different modalities: in-person and via Zoom for those who may not be able to meet in-person in Melrose.
The first session was held on Thursday, February 29 in the evening and was hosted at the Leading Edge Community Room space, which the Committee greatly appreciates.
Upcoming office hour opportunities are as follows: Saturday, March 16 from 8 to 9:30 a.m at Caffe Nero, 530 Main St.; Thursday, April 11 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. by Zoom, link will be shared in advance on MPS website and via email; and Saturday, May 11 from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at La Qchara, 506 Franklin St.
