MELROSE — The Melrose and Wakefield Health Departments will hold a COVID booster clinic on Monday, December 20, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Memorial Hall at 590 Main Street in Melrose. Both Moderna and Pfizer vaccines will be available.
This clinic is open to anyone 18 plus who received their second Pfizer or Moderna dose at least six months ago, or a J+J shot at least two months ago, as well as to 16 and 17-year old’s who received their second dose of Pfizer at least six months ago.
Please note – this is not a walk-in clinic. Pre-registration is required. Please use one of the links below, based on your vaccine preference.
