ATLANTA, Ga. — James (Jay) Daley, 75, born on January 26, 1944 in Medford, Mass. to the late Geraldine Daley and the late Jim Daley, passed away on March 4, 2019 surrounded by his family in Atlanta.
He was raised in Medford and graduated from Salem State University.
