Former bus driver, avid dog lover

BEVERLY — Rosemary (Mullaney) Murray, 80, of Beverly and formerly of Malden, died peacefully on Dec. 27, 2020.
Rosemary was born in Malden on July 24, 1940, to the late Andrew and Rose (Kane) Mullaney. She was raised in Malden and attended Malden High School. In the 1970s Rosemary drove the bus for the St. Therese Drill Team in Everett, she loved driving the bus and getting to know the members and parents of the team.
She was an avid lover of dogs, especially her Jack Russell Terrier, Holly. She also worked as an administrative assistant for multiple insurance companies over the years. More recently, she worked part time at Walmart in Danvers. But what defined Rosemary the most was her love for her family. She will be greatly missed by them all.
Rosemary was the beloved wife of the late Ralph Murray. She was a loving mother to Janet Murray of Reading and Patricia Elder of Gaithersburg, Md. Mother-in-Law to David Elder of Gaithersburg, David Murray of Tuftonboro, N.H. Mother-in-law to Katherine Murray of Tuftonboro and mother and auntie to Edie Koerner. She was a loving grandmother to Jacob Elder, Jamie Elder and Niall Murray. She is also survived by special cousins, many beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, as well as great-great-nieces and nephews.
