Loving mother and grandmother who loved going to N.H.
MELROSE — Kathleen V. Comeau, 77, of Melrose, passed away on December 18, 2021. Kathy was born in Everett on February 23, 1944, to the late Paul and Margaret (Higgins) Comeau. She was raised in Melrose and attended Melrose schools.
Kathleen was the loving mother of Thomas Comeau and his wife, Livia. Proud grandmother of Rebecca and Kayleigh Comeau. Caring sister of Phil Comeau and his wife, Donna; Patrick Comeau and his late wife, Donna; Eileen Sheppard and her husband, Dave; and the late Paul Comeau. Sister-in-law of Dolores Comeau. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Kathy loved taking weekend drives to New Hampshire, and used to take frequent trips to Nova Scotia. She worked for Ropes & Gray Law Firm in Boston for over ten years. Most of all, Kathy loved spending time with her family.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 24, 2021, at Wyoming Cemetery, 205 Sylvan St., Melrose. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
