NORTH READING — The town of North Reading completed a conceptual design for a new sidewalk on the northbound side of Central Street — from Park Street to Spruce Road — in 2020.
In recent years, the Community Planning Commission (CPC) has been looking for funding sources for construction, as well as seeking funding to design a sidewalk from Spruce Road to North Street.
As the CPC continues seeking grants and other funding for these projects, the board is seeking input from the community, and specifically the neighborhood affected by this project through an online survey.
The online survey, which is available at https://tinyurl.com/3d6byxfy can be done anonymously but those who choose to provide their name and address will help the CPC better assess overall impact of the proposal as well as the specific impact on those who would be most directly affected by construction.
