NORTH READING — Enter if you dare! The North Reading High School Masquers is once again presenting The Haunted Playground on Saturday, October 18 from 5-9 p.m. outside at the Batchelder Elementary School and on the baseball field at Carey Park.
This town tradition and Masquers fundraiser is a family-friendly event geared toward elementary and middle school students. It will feature entertainment from local a cappella groups, a magician, storytellers, a haunted maze, many inflatables and bouncy houses, a scavenger hunt, face painting, tarot card readings and professional carnival games provided by WNConcessions.
Come for dinner! Food is generously provided by local restaurants such as Teresa’s Grille Nineteen, Ginger Gourmet, Harrow’s, Kitty’s, The Lobster Claw, China Cuisine, Cal’s Creamery, Hill Orchard Farms, Kayem, Wegman’s and more.
Parking is available in the upper lot of North Reading High School, 189 Park St. with shuttle buses to the event.
Dress up in your favorite Halloween costume and come enjoy a night out with the community, family and friends, but please remember that no fake weapons or pets are allowed
