NOTEorious: The ‘total package’ at NE Voices

NORTH READING —  NOTEorious, the North Reading High School competitive a cappella singers, swept the awards at the New England Voices competition last weekend. A new award was created for the group entitled the “total package” for which NOTEorious won best soloists (Alivia Rowe and Eulalia Agganis), best choreography, best arrangement (Vinny Costantino and Mikey Manupelli) and best vocal percussionist (Vinny Costantino).

It marks the fifth consecutive year that NOTEorious has won the N.E. Voices competition.

This Saturday, February 1, NOTEorious is competing in the Northeast Quarterfinal round of the International Championship of High School Acappella (ICHSA). Only the top two groups move on to the semifinal round.

The competition begins at 7 p.m. at the Galvin Middle School performing arts center, 525 Main St., Wakefield, and features several outstanding high school a cappella groups.

The members of NOTEorious always appreciate an audience and they would love to see their fellow Hornets attend Saturday night’s competition to cheer them on!
