A BEAUTIFUL BOBCAT surveys its backyard kingdom on Haverhill Street on the afternoon of October 1. It was observed by photographer Nancy Fenton in the yard of her neighbors, Diana and Mike Jenkins. “We’ve seen it before, but today it was most at ease, listening and peering into the brush. It didn’t mind that I was talking to it while I photographed – totally unperturbed,” she noted, “before it casually walked down the lane and into the woods.”
