ETHEL MILLEY recently celebrated her 100th birthday! She has enjoyed living in her North Reading home since 1952. Born on June 5, 1925, she was surprised and excited to be honored with a Senate citation marking the occasion during a recent visit from Mary Ann Nay (right), Senior District Director for state Sen.
