NORTH READING Girl Scouts participated in the annual Mega Drop at the North Reading Food Pantry on Saturday, March 29. Various town Girl Scout Troops collected food items throughout the month of March and then delivered them to the pantry for the Mega Drop event. In addition to collecting a variety of food items for the pantry, the scouts verified expiration dates on all the items and helped pantry volunteers stock shelves. Many thanks to all the families who donated items to help support the Food Pantry!
