THE SUPER BOWL LIX snowstorm on Sunday provided adequate amounts of the right type of snow for Gary Hastings (at right) to create his annual snow sculpture on Heritage Way. Gary and his daughter Allie (left) spent hours carving and “shadowing” each letter in their “We the People” sculpture to enhance its visibility.
