A MARGARITAVILLE tribute to the late, great singer-songwriter Jimmy Buffett, purveyor of the “island escapism” lifestyle and light-hearted tropical rock music was the theme created by members of the Building, Zoning, DPW, Planning, Conservation and Human Resources departments at Town Hall for Halloween.
